AN HONEST REVIEW OF THE TRUTH ABOUT ABS - 7 POINTS YOU HAVEN'T THOUGHT ABOUT....Thanks for your decision to read my review. This is the most comprehensive review of the Truth About Abs on the net. No filler or fluff - Just what you NEED to know before purchase.
OVERVIEW
Even though the testimonials and sales letter seem convincing, they look to give what is call a little “overpromise.” That's why things have to be straightened up now.
What You Get When You Order The Truth About Abs...
Despite many fake reviews that only tell you how the product will do wonders for you, this review will tell you what you get so you can make an informed decision. I would not want to spend my money on an ebook that will eventually gather dust in my hardrive. I don't think you want that either.
If you plan to download the book, prepare for....
- A ridiculously big guide. Too many people get pumped up for learning how to get abs quickly, but later realize that they'll have to read so much only to get started.
- Putting some time and discipline – duh. if you read anywhere else that you can get abs overnight then I'd love to see how.
- A big nutrition lecture. Well, this is good. The problem is too many fake reviews try to paint a false picture with fake photos of people who don't even exist, creating success stories...
In turn, people download the guide especting a magic overnight formula for sexy abs.
Still, just by looking at how the book is laid out, anyone can see that Mike Geary not only knows his stuff, but he's put a lot of time and effort into creating this guide.
But the underlying message here is that the Truth About Abs is set out to dispel the myths about weight loss and help you to eat right and exercise in a way that suits your needs. It's not so much about becoming a world class body builder, but instead getting lean body mass so that your abs show through naturally...only then can you decide if you want to work on the muscle building from there on.

LAST WORD
I think this product is suited to people with more drive than the people who only hit the gym after Christmas. I think you need to have a genuine desire to get fit, lose weight and get a six pack.
Although the exercises are clearly aimed at getting a six pack, you need to realize that essentially this guide is all about losing weight and sustaining muscle mass (instead of losing muscle like some fad diets will make you do).
If you hate reading to any extent, then I would probably advise you to steer clear. Although I may be a bit harsh for saying that, I honestly feel that if you're not prepared to learn the truth through reading a fair bit of info, then this guide is not for you.
But having said that, I've seen my fair share of videos on abs and weight loss and none of them cover the info that Mike Geary does in his book The Truth About Abs. So you've got to make that decision - Do you avoid it because you don't like reading or do you just bite the bullet and learn some solid, groundbreaking info on weight loss?
I admit that I probably won't apply everything Mike teaches, because I simply don't like going down the gym all the time, but to be honest that leaves about 90% of the course which I can still do from the comfort of my living room.
The main benefit I found was the nutrition and general eating advice. I was totally shocked at how mislead the general public are, and once you've digested what Mike explains, you could probably lose a lot of weight just from following this advice alone...without exercising!, see what others are saying now.
Thanks for reading.
Warmest regards,
Jae K.
